Ms. Lai Pui Yi, aged 31, joined the Company as an Administrative Director on 30 June 2019. She obtained a Bachelor Degree of Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong in 2012. Ms. Lai had worked as an auditor and held a supervisor role in big 4 and second-tier international audit firms for the audit of listed companies in Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Multi-National Corporations. Clients included manufacturing, auction, publishing and advertising, trading of high–quality adhesive application equipment and medicines, etc. She had also worked in a leading Hong Kong based multi-national conglomerate as an internal auditor to oversee the operational effectiveness of the subsidiaries in PRC, China. Ms. Lai has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, internal auditing and financial management.
